Q: Do you do custom sizing?

A: Yes, each bracelet has sizing information in the listing. If you do not see your size and really would like a certain piece, please reach out and I would be happy to assist you. Just message me!

Q: Do you create custom pieces?

A:Yes! Yes! Yes! I love to work with customers to make something special just for you or a loved one. Message me to discuss.

Q: What are your earring findings made of?

A: They are stainless steel plated, in silver or gold. I take pride in using hypoallergenic metals as much as possible to avoid skin irritation. The individual product description will have what products are made of.

Q: What is your processing time?

A: It will take 2 to 5 business days to process your order and get it ready for shipping.
If you have ordered a custom piece the turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks, to allow time for me to ensure I have all the items necessary to make your piece special.

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: Shipping within Canada is free for orders over $100 via regular letter mail within Canada post, without tracking.
Expedited shipping with tracking is also available, at a cost. You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. There will be a charge for expedited pieces and for pieces outside of Canada.

Q: Do you ship to the United States?

A: Yes. Shipping to the United States is a flat rate and includes tracking.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Please message me if there is a problem with your jewelry. I want you to be happy. Products can be returned for exchange only if unworn and with original tags, within 14 days.

Q: How do I care for my Lidaza Designs jewelry?

A: Please keep all your jewelry dry. Wood earrings must NOT be worn in a pool, shower or bath. To clean jewelry use a dry jewelry cloth.
